Since our products are Digital Goods and are delivered via internet download, we generally offer a no-refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
❖ 1. No Refund for Digital Products
Once an E-book is purchased and the download link is provided or sent to your email, the sale is considered final. Since digital files cannot be "returned" like physical goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind.
Accidental purchase of the wrong class or subject.
Dissatisfaction with the suggestions or content quality.
❖ 2. Eligibility for Refund
We only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances :
Duplicate Payment : If you have been charged twice for the same product due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded.
Non-Delivery of Product : If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours of a successful payment, and we fail to provide it manually after you contact us.
❖ 3. Refund Process
To request a refund for duplicate payments or non-delivery, please email us at wbsemester.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of the transaction with the following details:
Order ID / Transaction ID
Date of Purchase
Registered Email Address used during payment
Note : Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
❖ 4. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital E-books cannot be canceled once the payment is successfully processed and the download access is granted. As the delivery is instantaneous, the cancellation request will not be entertained after the file has been sent or accessed.
